What we offer
From quality audits to building services
Our services include construction QA/QC consultancy, quality audits, pre-possession flat inspections, snagging and de-snagging verification, defect assessment, rectification follow-up, civil and finishing inspections, and technical audits of building services.
We also provide consultancy and inspection support for MEP systems, including electrical installations, plumbing, water supply, drainage, fire-fighting systems and diesel generator (DG) installations, along with building operations and maintenance assessments.

At Surachna, our strength lies in a team of highly qualified engineers with nearly two decades of industry experience across construction quality management, project execution, project management consultancy (PMC), home inspection and possession handover.
Our team includes ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Lead Auditors, bringing a systematic, process-driven approach to quality assurance, technical inspections and continuous improvement.
With extensive experience working with prestigious organisations such as L&T, Lodha and Godrej, and previous associations with leading developers and project management consultancy assignments involving Birla, Godrej and Mahindra, our team brings valuable industry knowledge, technical expertise and a strong commitment to quality.
Our experience spans the complete residential property lifecycle, from construction quality monitoring and finishing inspections to snagging, de-snagging verification, customer handover and possession delivery. We also support civil works, MEP services and selected housing society maintenance requirements.
