Question 1

What is a pre-possession inspection?

Accepted Answer

It is a detailed check of your new flat before you accept the keys from the builder. It helps you find defects while the builder is still responsible for fixing them.

What is snagging and de-snagging?

Snagging means identifying and listing the defects in a property. De-snagging means re-inspecting after repairs to confirm that each defect has been fixed properly.
